The owners, Marlin and Becky Bontrager, both come from Amish families, and they want to preserve their heritage by passing on to their children the legacy of faith, family, community, and hard work. When the Bontrager family purchased the local hotel, they decided to name it "Dutch Country Inn". The inn is located in the heart of "Amish Country", and when you drive the country roads you can see Amish horse-drawn buggies, families at work on their farms, animals and crops, and steel-wheeled tractors.

Our purpose at the Dutch Country Inn is to glorify God and benefit the lives of those we serve. We strive to create an atmosphere of rest and refreshment for all who enter our doors.
